Position Overview





Get More Aesthetics, a division of the Warren Henry Group of Affiliates offers installation and removal of paint protectant wrapping, vehicle decals and tinting, ding & dent repair and wheel restoration services.   We are dedicated to restoring vehicles to their optimum condition and strive to offer professional services, exceptional customer experiences, and reasonable pricing to fit our client’s needs.



The primary focus of the Automotive Window Film Installer is to effectively carry out quality installation of automotive window film on vehicle windows. Other duties may include installation and removal of Xpel paint protection film, installing and removing vehicle wraps, decals and event execution with sister company, Get More Productions.


  • High quality installation of automotive window film
  • Keeping a clean and safe work environment
  • Ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Assist the sales team in growing volume and profits by identifying new customers and sales opportunities
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory organized by proper location in the warehouse to ensure efficiency when prepping for each order
  • Physical duties include standing for extended hours, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, etc.
  • Responsible for handling equipment properly and with care
  • Exercises good judgment on proper safety techniques when operating vehicles, utilizing cutter, and other equipment
  • Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Experience installing automotive window tint preferred
  • Strong communication and interaction skills required
  • Demonstrate strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as with a team
  • Work well under pressure and with strict timelines
  • Keep up in a fast pace work environment and adapt quickly to changing situations
  • Willingness to work late, and/or come in early, and/or weekends, to meet client expectations and deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
  • High ethics and integrity
  • Positive influence on customers and employees
  • Strong work ethic

Minimum Qualifications

Education:        High School Diploma or GED


Body & Collision Technician, Flooring-Tiling-Painting-Wallpapering, Detailer, General-Other: Production-Operations, Events-Promotional Marketing


$15.00 Hourly
